Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

To request a return for damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Contact
    Email us at shopkeeper@thepowderroom.sg and include the following:

    • Your order number

    • The items you’d like to return

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos of the items (to help us identify the issue)

  2. Approval
    Once we receive and approve your return request, we’ll send you instructions for how to return the item to our tea room.

  3. Packing
    Please pack the items securely with the original packaging and send them according to the instructions provided.

  4. Refund
    Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued in the form of a gift card equivalent to the purchase price (excluding shipping fees). We hope this helps you find something else you’ll love from our collection.
