Sayuri is a single-cultivar Sakimidori matcha from Yame, Japan, crafted from 100% first-flush leaves - the earliest and most prized harvest of spring.
It opens with a smooth, rounded nuttiness as its defining character. Gentle floral notes and soft citrus hints rise alongside, while a subtle, grounding touch keeps the flavours layered and balanced, giving each sip depth and charm.
Made in collaboration with the tea farmers of Hinata Matcha, Sayuri reflects their quiet dedication and the serene beauty of Yame’s growing season.
Named Sayuri (小百合), meaning “little lily,” it evokes purity and quiet strength - the delicate floral lift balances the rich nutty body, creating a layered, elegant cup that embodies the charm of Yame.
